Health Care and Technology, Certificate
The Graduate Certificate in Health Care and Technology is designed to provide industry specific knowledge, strategic insights, and human- and patient-centered design skills. Graduates will be prepared to develop technological solutions that improve patient experience and outcomes, lower the cost of care, and foster a more sustainable work environment for health care providers.

All SEAS students entering the certificate must take this course as part of their degree studies. Students in MCIT will take this as an elective; students in MSE-DS or MSE-AI must take this as a “Free Elective.” SEAS students taking this course for credit in an engineering degree must complete a final project focused on an area of computer science.

Students need to complete a total of four courses (4.0 CUs) with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 to earn the certificate.
