In this course, students will learn about theories and methods in the psychological study of personality, which focuses on individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. In addition to studying foundational theories and recent developments in the field, students will also learn about the application of instruments to test personality in the workplace and other organizations.

In this course, students will learn the theories and methods applied by behavioral scientists to the behavior of small groups in settings such as workplaces. Topics covered may include patterns of communication, group hierarchies and influence, metrics of group effectiveness, and approaches to handling conflict.
