Nutrition Science, MSNS

The goal of the online MSNS is to increase the body of knowledge in nutrition science to improve public health and health promotion for nutrition-associated disease management both in the US and globally.

Curriculum

Prerequisites for admission to the program include an introductory nutrition and biology or chemistry.

The 10 CU MS degree would include 6 courses in Advanced Nutrition training, 2 electives, and 2 capstone courses, that could be completed by full time students in 3 semesters or part-time students in 5 semesters. All courses other than the 2 capstone courses would also be open to student in the Graduate Nutrition Minor and Graduate Nutrition Certificate programs.
